I still waiting an answer about my case, they simply ignore it.
I sent the review below and also emails to the company on 27/apr and got no answers back.
They steal your money and offer you a good will voucher

They did not resolve my problem and they've made me wait for one month and a half for an answer from (once I've received an answer back from Hertz 3 weeks ago). I don't want a voucher, I'll not book a car rental with Economy Bookings anymore and my case doesn't fit into any of those clauses of "no refund" indicated at the email received "resolving" my case, I didn't fail to pick up the car, HERTZ failed to deliver my car on the pick up day and time and I wasn't warned that the car wasn't going to be available for me until I arrived to the airport, I agreed on return on the next day to make the pick up first time in the morning, I went there and there was no system available to make the pick up, I've waited for more than one hour and the attendant told me that he could cancel my pick up with no charges once there were just a few hours until the end of my rental (that was booked for only one day) and they failed to deliver the car for me.
So I want my money back in a full refund of 38.16GBP, once I've also contacted Hertz, they had a good comprehension about my case and they informed me (3 weeks ago) that they've made a full refund to Economy Bookings, so this isn't an act of good will, you guys are taking my money and at the same time offering a smaller value of 30GBP in a voucher to spend again with you and have more headaches in the future.
Hertz returned my money to Economy Bookings. I want my money back, not a "good will voucher" and I want this problem solved with agility, not in more 1 month and a half time waiting.

I booked a car rental with this company and when the voucher was submitted they had charged me for rental which I did not want but they said would credit. However, when the credit card came through no credit and I tried calling and was immediately disconnected. So now I have a voucher that shows car rental without insurance but a credit card charge that shows the price including insurance. I feel this company is not trustworthy.

Worst company ever!!!!! Pls do not use! Warning scam! We received a car in Preveza Greece yesterday the car was dirty, outside and inside! When we were trying to point that were we shouted from the service company. Now we are stuck with dirty car that is also wrong category and greek woman on the phone told me to shut up! I warn pls do not rent from Direntcar Greece!
Rental car reservation cancelation.
Here is the story: they accepted my visa card online for a car rental, but the shop itself didn't accepted when they asked for a deposit, so they cancel my reservation.
Bookingeconomy took the money even after the marchand has cancelled my reservation. (have a proof of cancellation)
I used to go to work with my car, but on a rainy day my car broke down and I called this center to book a car and they quickly delivered the car to me and I also paid a small fee and saw how many cars This car rental center is very safe and comfortable, and I really enjoyed driving the cars of this center.
After this incident, I usually use the quality cars of this center for traveling
Just the other day I booked a car. I had a small budget, so I decided to contact the manager of this website about the choice of the car. The manager answered all my questions and gave recommendations, for which he said a special thank you! In the end, I chose a car, paid the reservation. Everything went quickly and well. I would like to have more cars, but the manager promised me that everything will be here soon).
Apparently your car is not booked when you think it is, they only look for it from the moment you request and it is not guaranteed. I just had mine cancelled last minutes with their only offer being another one 30% more expensive. I would say keep away from those!

One of the best car rental service or the best service. My choice fell on the Ford Fiesta 1.2. The price turned out to be quite affordable. This service is always happy with the result. We wanted to rent a car and found a good option, a large fleet of vehicles and reasonable prices.
We booked a car for a couple of days, everything went perfectly, the car was provided without delay and we were very pleased with the car itself.
There are no comments from Economybookings. The staff is great, resolves all the issues that arise at once. The car was in excellent condition, of the same class as ordered. The only drawback of the Milan rental office at the airport is there is no sign, sign or just SIXT label. For help, I had to go to the rental office in myself, where all the questions were immediately resolved.
